HOW SHOULD I STORE/PROTECT MY JEWELRY?
Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided MMJ Velvet Dust Bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric & have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when doing manual tasks, applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your jewelry.

SOME NOTES FOR CLEANING JEWELRY:
Avoid using harsh cleansers. We recommend for extremely dirty jewelry, use a soft-bristled toothbrush (be sure not to use a stiff-bristled toothbrush or it could damage the finish) and if necessary, gentle soap to clean the jewelry under warm running water. Make sure you rinse well and wipe with a soft non-abrasive cloth to dry. Water residue can cause staining. Make sure the piece is fully dry before returning to storage. If using a soft polish cloth, be sure not to Over-Polish jewelry as it can damage the finish.

We offer 10k/14k/18k Solid Gold, .925 Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Plated products. We strive to provide the absolute best quality of jewelry to our customers.
Not to worry on our plated jewelry, the process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package within 1-2 business days via standard USPS. From there, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location from us. You will receive tracking information via email once item is shipped.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED?
MMJ is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
There is a no refund policy, however if you wish to exchange, we will accommodate a ONE TIME Exchange as long as the product is unused with no signs of wear.
There are NO returns/exchanges on MMJ's Customized/Personalized Pieces.
*Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.*
*MMJ will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if MMJ were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry, or article of clothing.*
